I've got a whopper of a bruise on my middle finger right now. The inside of it. Lifting weights has not helped it. It got worse, actually. It feels like there's a tiny bb below surface. On the upside, I did 110 lbs lat pull down. I'm covered in bruises down my shins from running and pushing weights on the floor while I run...and bear crawls. My ( Read more... )
