I finally convinced the RTA I wasn't a grave risk to traffic safety this morning and they issued me with a shiny new, red licence with a very smiley picture on it!  I have been for a drive by myself and it isn't as scary as I thought. Feeling a tad broken at this end of the weekend.

I hope I am just tired and an early night will fix the feeling of disappointment that my life isn't a musical.

Just got back from taking my grandpa and his partner Val to see Guys and Dolls. It was teh awesome.

Musicals are possibly my favourite thing in the whole world, they combine many of my favourite things (dancing, singing, orchestras, costumes and happy endings) into one giant squee and awe inducing experience. And this production of Guys and Dolls ( Read more... )

 Does anyone know what happens if you don't have word installed on your pc but save word files onto it? They'll still be on the computer won't they? I just won't be able to open them?
