Hello, just me blathering again.

Do we think I should go to Bristol tonight and then get the train from there to Reading at 7.30am (with my friends, I'm not simply insane) and try to get a day ticket off a tout? I won't get any sleep until Sunday, but Manics! DPT! Joy!

my advice is: you only live once.

It's a tricky one. a) That'll cost an arm and a leg - Great Western being only slightly less rapacious than your average tout. b) Touts are evil and wrong, so is it right to encourage them? On the other hand, the only living once comment is pretty fair and the lure of pretty (OK, extremely pretty) Carlos is a strong incentive. Guess which option I went for (apart from the ticky one, obviously)?

Nah the trains are fine, got a ticket to Reading for £12.50 :D and to Bristol is only a fiver. It's more the no sleep ever that concerns me really.... x x x
