Every LJ-er does this sooner or later (unless when they never post). Kind of expected ;)

I prefer to have my journal FO. Feels a lot more peaceful when you know no-one except for those you have accepted read your entries. Might be personal though. (I've had some nasty comments in the past by people I didn't add, not nice)

Yeah it is... Complicated, large, world-wide and you can find everything on it with exception of pictures of Carl in nothing but red wellies, while that's all we really want! (Ok, if it weren't pictures but the man in real life it'd probably be just a bit better, but you can't find THAT on the internet, hmpf)

Ach. s'never much fun to have to feel that you have to close things off, but the internet, & LJ within is an odd place. Hell, even I've got anonymous garbage and my journal is tumble-weed central!

On the plus side, you did get to use that rather pretty picture :D
