...Is just about as hectic as I imagine it would be, if not more.
I'm pretty much starving from sitting in the same place for 4 hours straight, but I'll deal with that.
First day = 10 assignments due by next week. Yeah. They're actually worth a damn on my final grade too.
I'm still not sure how they will grade our lab sessions.. it just seems

Hang in there dear, it will be okay.
It's natural to feel so overwhelmed when you first start out at uni, I've heard horror stories aplenty but I've nary had a friend who didn't make it through perfectly intact.
Don't stress yourself out! My best advice to you is to know when to ask for help, and try to keep a positive attitude. Also, what's this I hear about you starving? None of that, please! *gives you some cake with strawberries*
<3 Much love to you :3

I hope I'll get used to all the chaos soon enough, because they're heavily reliant on us to check our emails everyday for new exams/ assignments/ homework and I'm not too keen on that, especially if my net breaks down (which it often does). @__@ I suppose it's the only way to go with so many people though.
Moar love to you. <3

Could you perhaps use the school library if your own computer is unreliable? Or maybe you should get that checked out D:

I could, but seeing as I usually revise for my lectures after the lecture, it'd be about 8pm before I start anything. D: I get home at about 6pm (DAMN BUS AT RUSH HOUR) and have dinner. o:
My internet behaves most of the time. It disables itself once in a while for no apparent reason. xD

Hang in there and I wish you the best of luck <3

Yeah I know it just gets harder and harder. I'm just trying to keep up and make sure I fix all the areas I don't understand before the next lecture piles more things on. ):

Keep working hard. University is all about staying on top of your work. Obviously you should let yourself relax once in awhile but the worst thing that can happen is to fall behind. Even if you don't review your notes everyday, at least understand what went on in your lecture. No one waits for you in Uni which is why you should use all the resources available. At my school we have peer study groups and places where free tutoring is offered. Also a lot of professors have office hours, which is when they're free to talk and go over things from lecture. I haven't had many chances to go but I've heard that they are very helpful so I would advise you to talk to your lecturers if you ever get the chance :)

Brain behavior and Cognitive science sounds very interesting, I'd love to try that out except.. I don't think that option is available at my University. Ah, well.
It's a bit hard trying to catch everything the lecturer says in the halls, they're too fast. I tend to just scribble down some incomprehensible notes and go home to cram.
Right now I don't really have problems understanding the theory, remembering everything is the problem. Biology mostly all about memorizing. D:
