I wasn't even that much of a Zack fan and I bawled my eyes out. My husband laughed at me so I cried in the car. It is terrible that they had to do that to us, it is. And I have a new love for Zeris.

Aww, you cried in the car? *hugs* If you reacted like that even as not much of a Zack fan, I just KNOW I'm gonna be heartbroken! I think that knowing Zack's fate is just as bad as not knowing, cos every time I find myself smiling at something he does, I remember what's gonna happen to him. T_T

I wasn't really too upset about the Angeal scene in Modeoheim, cos I'm a bit 'eh' when it comes to Angeal, but Zack's reaction and especially the bit with Zack crying in Aerith's church got me all 'awwww'. Actually, all the ZxA bits - including DMW memories - make me smile. I already liked them together, but I was more partial to CxA - now I'd say I like both pairings equally.

I am a Zack fan now. And really, that game is terrible, because the majority of fans go into it knowing what's going to happen, and they make you level and give you characterization and then pull the rug out from under you because you begin to think that they changed the ending and Zack will still be alive and everyone will be happy. (Why yes, I am delusional, why do you ask?)

The part that did it to me was the very last DMW you can get is Aeris. Every other one disappears and she is literally the last thing that you(as Zack) sees, and I could not stand it. It was the saddest, sweetest thing I think I've ever seen in a video game, and I can't not get behind the Z/A pairing because it's just too cute.
(I hope I didn't spoil too much for you, sorry.)

Edit to add one more thing: I loved seeing sane Sephiroth. It brought me great joy.

If you were a guy i'd have said "Writing hand, yeah right", but as you're not it'll have to wait.

Congratulations on finishing your exams! I always hated exam time at uni, and i mean really HATED it so double congratulations!

Clock Tower 3 is a great little game, i always liked the guy with the sledge hammer, though i couldn't help but feel that after the first two villians the game never managed to carry over the same level of menace and originality.

Finally it may be a little early but i hope you enjoy your holiday in... err... five months... in case i don't see you before i suppose! ^^

Haha, if my hand was hurting because of too much self-love it wouldn't be so bad!

Thanks for the congrats, just one more set in April/May and then all done thank GAWD.

I've just beat Corroder, so I guess I'm onto the unoriginal guys now then? I prefer Haunting Ground, but CT3 is good even though the boss fights are a bit frustrating, due to the only being able to aim straight in front and not being able to move once you're aiming.

LOL I'm sure I'll see you two before then!
