Yikes! I've ironed that fabric before... well the same sort of problem in a different color anyway. It sucks, but you get through it. I tend to iron while watching TV if it's going to be that much of an ordeal. ;)

I find the best way to keep it from twisting is to stitch the ends of the yardage together before you wash it. Have fun ironing! :)
