To be honest, I'm not entirely sure! I suppose she wants to know if I was a prompt communicator, delivered what I promised in a timely manner, etc.

Oh, absolutely! I brought it up, like, two weeks before my wedding, I think, and the completed hat arrived in plenty of time from the US to the UK. Also, you sent photos of the mock-ups and discussed the design with me a lot. I was completely happy with the results, and moreover I was just impressed with how quickly you produced the hat and how much you kept in touch! I still tell people about how great it was that you made the hat so quickly. It totally MADE my outfit, and though I've sold my wedding dress, I will keep that hat forever, particularly because you so kindly embroidered the wedding date in it! You were a great merchant to buy from!

Do you want me to write this up in a word document and email it to you or something? Or can you use a live journal comment as testimony? :)

It's not so much the hat itself as it is how I conducted the business. Did I deliver what I promised and communicate effectively? I'm sure a few ladies will poke their heads up :)

Totally off topic, but you reminded me. I was looking around Claire's last weekend and they had a bunch of styles of tiny top hats (though not as nice as yours naturally). They also had some little beaded thingies with black feathers coming out which would look gorge in a late victorian evening hairstyle. I tried to buy one but the store wouldn't take a credit card that didn't have chip and pin (something they have in the UK). I didn't have cash on me so I didn't get it. Maybe I'll go back this weekend.
