Episode 25

David and Joel V 2.0 discuss the Zoo, Diva & Saya, and other random shit:
JOEL: "How was the Zoo?"

DAVID: "It was completely deserted. It seems that even the locals avoid it like the plague, Director."

JOEL: "'Joel' is fine when it's just the two of us.

Just a picture reference of the diary

JOEL: "This is the diary written by successive generations of us who bear the name Joel. However, on the day of the Zoo tragedy, the page was left totally blank. Our clan started our fight on that day in 1883...To deal with the aftermath of the tragedy at the Goldschmidt Estate, Red Shield was formed. Those who inherit the house of Goldschmidt will take the name Joel and assume the role of chief executive of Red Shield. If we do not, we will forfeit all of our inheritance."

DAVID: "Have you ever considered forfeiting all of that?"

JOEL: "I've never thought of it. I don't consider myself the next in line. I have merely inherited what little conscience and sense of responsibility still remains with the House of Joel. Thanks to the Joel from six generations back, the Chiroptera have spread all over the world. Those who inherit his bloodline must bear the responsibility. It flows within you as well...the blood of your father, who died in Vietnam."

DAVID: "Within Red Shield, it is only we two who appreciate how the bloodline passes from one generation to the next."

JOEL: "I wish I had your strength."

DAVID: "I am not strong. Rather, it is because I lost George, and allowed Kai and Riku, those innocent children, to be dragged into the fight with the Chiroptera. I hope that I can protect them until this all ends, but..."

JOEL: "At least we should toast to a future not dominated by Chiroptera. We shall struggle to the very end."

DAVID: "Right."

Meanwhile, Okamura makes his discovery:
OKAMURA: "The Goldsmith family is an offshoot of the Goldschmidt family...Goldsmith...I've heard that somewhere before...

That's right! The Goldsmiths are the principal stockholders of Cinq Fleches! That guy Solomon, the CEO, was a Goldsmith, too, wasn't he? That's where I heard it! We'd better go back to Paris and investigate some more!"
