So I'm thinking New Year's in Osaka! Does anyone have plans? I think it would be fun if we could all take a few nights, get a hotel room, and just be crazy gaijin for a while. I'm sure we all have friends in the area still too, and it would be a lot of fun to see everyone again.

Hey, if you wanna go the hotel room route, let me know ASAP, because I can stay for a week with my friend's family and then cut out and stay for a couple days with you all before I have to return to Tokyo for work. But I have to let her know the exact dates I'll be there very very soon. I know I saw a hotel in Namba with reasonable prices too....

Yeah yeah, I'll be in Osaka from the 29th to the 2nd (maaaybe the 3rd). I want to get a decent-sized room so everyone isn't too crammed so we'll see where that takes us. I e-mailed your keitai just now with all the info so far...
