Follow some blogs first! You can use the search bar and then click the follow button for the ones at the top:
if you already know the blog you want to follow you can go to the url of the one you want and use the +follow button in the upper corner of the page
You can follow your friends' follows with the plus sign that expands to say follow when you hover over it
Now you have a dash, which is just an aggregate of everything you follow
this just keeps going down almost indefinitely as you scroll

If you use the queue option you can set how often your queued posts are posted by clicking queue on the side and then the settings are at the top
