One sentence journal

I read a blog post today about journaling, and the concept of a "one sentence journal."  The idea being that you write one sentence (or a few sentences) each day to capture what your life is like at this point in time.  I often feel like writing a journal (especially one I post to let my friends see) has to be a whole, coherent, flowing, edited
