I'd pay good money to kayak down Kirkwood.... *sigh* No ill will or anything, but if it HAD to happen, I kindasortamaybealmostprettymuch would have liked to be there to toast marshmallows over candles on my Mom's porch and watch the show.

You know, I grew up in the Ohio River Valley. I'm pretty sure I've still never seen a genuine tornado, despite.

I remember having lots of tornado drills in elementary school and a couple of warnings being announced, but even as a six year old it reminded me of the films from the 50s where they advise small children to hide under their picnic blankets in case of nuclear warfare. I'm curmudgeonly.
