Did you take that picture on the bottom? Didn't realize you'd brought a major zoom!
GPS that does traffic is a major good thing.

I should figure out how to post my little video.

I took that with my little S8100 pocket camera, with its 10X zoom, and then I cropped out everything but the shuttle and a bit of contrail. I didn't bring any of the big guns.

come to think of it i could've moved my 5x optical to 12mp and done the same
(kicking myself for not realizing ahead of time I was missing the battery for the 12x optical camera)

I had heard you had a crazy plan to get in and out. I'm glad to hear you made your flight home.

We went with our two girls, along with two other friends and three other kids to the AHoF to watch and really enjoyed the view. I didn't get to watch as much of the coverage of the white room and other prep that I wanted to see, but that's what happens with the kids around. But Naomi, at almost three said it best..."Bye bye! Go outer space!"

Impressive, very impressive. I have a friend who works down there (and will be unemployed soon as a result of the end of the program ... unless they move him to another project). He offered to host me a few years ago but the timing of the launches wouldn't work.

So, I'll have to remember being down for a Disney trip and hearing/feeling the launch.
