A few weeks ago Bruce Springsteen released one of the most important statements from an artist I've heard in a long time. that is wicked. i can't express how awesome it is that the first election i can vote in, is such a monumental one at that. apathy isn't even an excuse for such a time as now. it isn't that hard to get out there, and let your vote be tallied- no matter how apathetic you may be (i'm very apathetic at times). this is our future on the line, and i can't stand for someone else deciding my fate.

i wish i could vote and voice my opinion, i cannot unfortuantely, i cannot until the 2008 election,still far far away. I am not happy with the current situation in office, i m not happy with whos running for office. Bruce is right, we need to stand up and decide what we want as a nation, or we will fall. Neither canadate has the answers, but I do beleive who ever wins as to follow thru and finish what George W. started. But I have faith something good will come out of the shameful Iraq war. But stand tall punkers, we will not give up till our country is right, yea thats lame and chessy, im done

even tho you can't vote yet, you can voice your opinion, like you just did, and you can make a difference...i bet you know a few people who are 18+ so make sure they get out there and vote! i believe today was the last day to register so if they're not registered, smack em around a few times and get them to help you make sure everyone you know who is registered votes on the 2nd. maybe i'm a hypocrite...awhile back i wasnt planning on voting at all because i couldnt find the positive in either of the major candidates. but then i saw the debates, and started listening to everything around me and i realized how important it is...anyways...rock on man.

and p.s. i hope you're right about the iraq thing, but i hope that it doesnt cost too many more lives before its over. i can go on and on about what i think about that whole situation, especially because in two months i've got the most important man in my life heading over to iraq for a year so anyways...yeah.
