Gjetost is getting more difficult to find. For the rest, try a multi-purpose ethnic or Iranian / Lebanese store, and look in the section with the yogurt. I get some wonderful fresh things there that are a cross between partly-dried yogurt and moist cheese. Also LIDL and ALDI have some fabulosa things in the cheese line.

Glad things are working as they should, btw.

I may have to persuade F to take me down to Headingley to Maumoniat's International Stores... haven't been there in the age of a blind pig. i'm not up to trying to visit Chapeltown or Harehills, as although those are nearer, I don't know either area at all, and when we drive through the parking looks to be crap. Hmmmm - ALDI and LIDL - overdue for a visit!
