It looks as though I'm going to Spain in May either to visit the Aged P (if she's still alive) or sort out lawyer/apartment crap (if she isn't).  I can't book any earlier - passport, cat sitters etc.

You are handling this amazingly well, and that you are able to take time out to laugh and recharge, and just generally take a bit of care of yourself, makes me worry a lot less about how you're ultimately going to be at the end of all of this.
