for future reference, c-walking is frowned upon in the weight room. this means you, goofy looking boy wearing the muscle tee who is too busy posturing and posing to lift anything over 15 lbs.

whoever is in charge of content and original programming over at MTV has an extreme obsession with all that is wrong in this world. unfortunately, i can't help but watch.
