I'm so glad I was in San Francisco when this happened instead of Texas. It was so nice to hear all the celebrating.

The only lady I know who actually voted for it is a Jehovah's Witness. Seriously, she is the only human being I have encountered who is for it. I guess that's why I thought it wouldn't pass. :(

I've actually noticed quite a few people here (including both my parents and some family members) were all for Obama, so it's not quite that bad.

But yeah, that Prop. 8 thing kinda put a damper on things..especially being here in Utah, surrounded by people that helped make it happen. :( I'm glad I'm not somewhere like Utah County where this mormon conservativeness is more prevalent, at least.
