today my boss gives me this "talk" about how i'm just not doing anything right at work, blah blah, but they really appreciate all my hard work, blah blah.

and i tell him i need health insurance, or i'm going to have to look elsewhere and he says "well, make sure you give us at least a 2 week notice."
