Food Combining - Week One Completed!

I should probably wait until after I've had an official weigh-in to do a summary of my week, but I tend to write very little at home, and have a whopping 40 minutes left of a very quite lunch break to kill, so here we go. I'm happy for you! :o) I agree with Kathy, sugar makes you crave sugar so if you take the unnatural sugar out of the equation you have yourself a very healthy metabolism!

If you can get over caffeine you can do anything! Bravo!
