I had an awesome day. Work has been hell lately. I'm not even kidding, Saturday, I was actually thinking maybe having insurance is not that important. Or thinking about transferring again. We have several very awesome people on my team, but we have one that pretty much does what they want all day, and no one is reining the person in. Topstock is

You have a coach AND an unmanaged person? What the heck good is the coach then? (None, from what I can tell, unless their real function is to drive away good workers and not help the work get done.

Our team lead, Billie, asked to have him transferred to another team, but the coach, Helena,told her no. He keeps touching people... Billie, one of our team members, he keeps almost hitting people with pallets, and he has hit my cart about three times with his cart. None of it seems accidental. None of the touching is overtly sexual, but that's not the point. He shouldn't be doing it. There is a ray of hope. Jose, one of our team, says Helena did eventually have a talk with him about the touching and told him he could be fired. His take on it to Jose was, "I have some enemies here." He told Jose he was going to look into transferring to a different store. I pray he does.

Geez. I don't want to call your work a dumpster fire because it is more of an endless hellscape. How on earth can such a dysfunctional place survive, let alone make a profit. If I were in charge of the world, I'd give all the deserving workers incredibly high salaries and demote the management until they see what they're doing to the previous low-level employees.
