I love the Globes. Besides the Oscars, it's my favorite awards show. I just wanted to use this space to say a few things about the show, for the one or two people that read this

Re: Steve Carell's wife - she was on SNL...also on The Daily Show for a few years. I wonder if that's where they met or if it was after they were married.

I feel the same way about Scarlett Johansson...it's nice to see more "normal" sized women...I also think Kate Winslet is another one I'm glad to see hasn't gone "stick figure".

I was just glad that Mary Louise-Parker won after Chris Rock made a joke about her. She showed him! I'm kind of missing showtime (I never thought I'd say that) because I hear the L Word is good this year and also Weeds will be back on soon.

Droopy Drew...heehee...the dress wasn't attractive to begin with, but she could have at least salvaged it a little with a bra.

What was Drew thinking? The dress was fugly, and she's too large to go without and have no support at all. It looked so sad and dreary.

I loved, that BBM won 4 out of the 6. I felt bad for Heath and Michslle, though.

Can't stand Chris Rock, so Mary-Louise Parker winning was so sweet after that dis. lol

I've heard a few L Word spoilers and I'm so glad that I'm not watching this time around. Ugh!

I don't know what she was thinking. I doubt she even glanced in the mirror before she left. It wouldn't have been quite so horrid if you hadn't been able to see THROUGH it. Ugh.

Heath deserved to win. I felt bad for him. He looked pretty pissed that he didn't win - no fake smiles for him. I do want to see Capote though, I heard Phillip Seymour Hoffman is amazing in it.

Well, if you say the spoilers for the LWord don't sound that good...I guess I won't feel so bad about having to wait for the dvd. I do want to see Weeds, though.
