Tuesday night I was reminder of the story of Pan chasing Syrinx. Syrinx is the name the greeks gave to the pipes Pan plays, which are made of reeds. When Pan sought out Syrinx she prayed to her father, a minor river god, and he turned her into reeds. When last I posted i was on my way to Fusion. Seeking out tail, finding nothing new, but going home with an old friend instead. Thus far today has been unrewarding to this young satyr, although i did enjoy a lecture on Dionysis and Pan today.
