Yeah, that first summer that Arthur and I spent apart was tough. We had only started going out right before then, so it was difficult. I didn't even get to see him at all because his mom didn't know about us, and I barely got to talk to him. I will admit that toward the end of the summer, I was questioning why I had started dating him. However, once we saw each other again, it became more clear and things were better. So yeah, the first summer is a tough one, but get throught that and things will be fine.

Thanks. I needed that. I made an attempt @ bringing it up w/ my close friend Chris, but he didn't help very much. Nothing against him, just wasn't something he could help shed light on. I think I got a bit cocky, thinking I'd had plenty of experience w/ long distance stuff. It just sucks, and I can't wait for September to be here. The guilt is driving me insane.
