despite deadflowers5 's warnings, I've started watching Moonlight. Yes, the story is really unoriginal, looks like a cheap Angel ripoff (but the p.i. vampire is much, much hotter - suck that Angel!)
and then I saw the main character, Mick's sire, Coraline. She is just as crazy as Drusilla (yes, I know Dru wasn't Angel's sire, it was Darla) but she reminded me

I really miss Moonlight and am still hoping (even though I know it will never happen) for a follow-up movie of the week that will wrap things up. Mick reminded me of Nick Knight...a vamp trying to do good and fight what he is. Not to mention the slashiness between him and Josef.

I didn't not like Moonlight. If anything, the chick had balls. I called her Buffy-without-the-issues (like I called the main character in Blood Ties :P)

Stick with it, it has redeeming qualities, but yeah: Mick is an Angel copy-cut.
