This made me really sad in that envious way of wishing I was back in a happy great relationship. I'm really happy for you though. I know you're getting engaged soon and all but I thought I'd muster up some good advice I should have followed when I moved in with my ex-boy. Be grateful at every step. Even small steps are steps together and even if they feel like backwards steps at least you have each other... And the other is to try to not become co-dependent and depend entirely on each other for your social life. I know it *seems* like common sense, but moving to a new place with only one person that you know can be really hard. Try to have some alone time and time with other people only. I'm sure you know it all, but I hope your relationship succeeds and I think keeping those things in mind is key. And I'm totally jealous of the road trip. I still need to make it to a lot of the middle states, esp south middle states
