Thanks, hun! Painkillers have been main port of call but it still hurt and jolted in a sickening way when walked. Thankfully is feeling much better today. :D Thankfully

You know, that physio is going to be on first name terms with you before long. What was the last thing I said to you before I left last time? I asked how your knee was. So your Knee was perfectly fine but then you went and buggered your shoulder. Honestly, cotton wool- that can be the only answer.

Still, maybe at least you'll get a cute physio... however maybe you'll get a fuggly Jack wannabe. 50/50 at the moment i'd say.

Aww I want a cute Physio, don't think cute guys exist anywhere in Oxford. Kinda considering ditching physio appointment cause shoulders improved greatly today, can even pick up fat bramble again. Couldn't even stroke her with left arm saturday.

Awesome will add you back as soon as Facebook lets me sign in. I've been having trouble with it the last 2 months where it pretends it doesn't recognise my email or password and I don't use it enough/am too lazy to attack email support!
