[Jack's communicator is stored inside his head so it's a rather dark view of the world through Jack's carved mouth. Outside, however, there is a nice patch of ripe pumpkins. Jack's voice echos in the cavern of his head.]

I can't wait to show mom how well those magic seeds worked! She'll be so proud!

[The view turns towards the forest and Jack

[Rei sees this little video, but decides that rather than responding via the network, she'll go out and actually look at the pumpkin patch.

A little while later, she approaches and stands at the edge, watching Jack silently and surveying his work.]

*Markus will come out of the forest! He's feeling well.. he's not sure what he's feeling given that he doesn't have that many emotions. But J is dead and that.... bothers him. He was heading back to the mansion to go hole up in his room but look! Pumpkins! He takes a detour towards Jack.*
