The geek social interaction fallacy list, which I am not taking the time to re-read at this juncture, while something of a wake-up call to a number of people who Just Don't Get It, still bothers me in that it runs towards the opposite extreme. No two situations are entirely alike, and no situation can be judged as the platonic ideal. People just need to use good judgement.

Yes. But if you take one of those to an extreme, or you combine some of them disastrously, a little Clue might be in order. This helps define what sort of Clue might be needed.

And, the place I wanted to post it, when I ran the idea past someone else for a sanity check, well, posting there wouldn't necessarily be sane.
