Any tea that has a berry component is generally good for cramps. I will drink raspberry tea if my cramps get terribly bad. I generally try to avoid taking anything except tea for cramps. I have heard that green and white teas will also help cramps. :-)

Green tea has anti inflammatory properties. I think any of the mints are good for nausea. No idea about the lemongrass.
