[Oh look. It's Fantasma. Who stole the gear from her trainer yet again. WHAT A SURPRISE.

She adjusts the gear a bit, and then you have a lovely view of the ocean in Olivine. Along with Fantasma, the rest of Shiho's Pokemon are also on the beach, ready for a day of fun.
