[A short outburst, he stands up in the booth, slamming both hands down on the table. The cheese fries jump a little.]

Are we all just copies of keybearers who existed before us!? All of us!?

[That makes Roxas jump in place. He reaches out to touch Joe's arm, but thinks better of it. It's not like he has any comforting answers to give.]

[He grabs a fry, but instead of eating it, he just swirls it around in the cheese.]

I keep trying to figure it out but it doesn't make sense. He looks like Sora looks now, but when he's from, Sora would have been a little kid still. I would have...it doesn't fit. Ven doesn't understand, either.

Do you think Xehanort knows what's really going on?

Probably not everything. Terra and Aqua and Ven aren't all from the exact same time, so he could be from before or after them. And there's no way he could know about all the stuff that happened later, unless someone told him.

[He sighs]

He's going to know I exist now, though. Vanitas thought I was Ven at first, but I couldn't keep it up.

I don't want him messing with any of us. But at least we outnumber the two of them.

Yeah- if Terra and the others are one our side- and Riku, and...everyone, really, no one can be stronger than all of us together.

I just wanted to fill you in on what happened, because...it was so creepy, seeing what looked like Sora act like that! And he definitely noticed my reaction. I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to mess with everyone.

[Man, explaining all this makes him hungry. He grabs a handful of fries and stuffs them in his mouth, cheese and all.]

It seems like it never ends. At least Terra and Ven turned out to be okay after all, and Aqua's nice, but the rest...I'd really like a break. Just for a little while.

Yeah. I mean...there's some people I wouldn't mind seeing again, if they got pulled here. But it seems like people from our woulds have been showing up and making things really complicated for ages now.
