It is mighty difficult to cook for one. Of course, I only contemplated this while I navigated the waters known as Costco on a Sunday morning. I left that store with four items that resulted in $53.00!!! I use three exclamation marks because Costco never ceases to amaze me. I cannot just walk into Costco and not spend at least $50+. Damn them
