Yeah, HIMYM was odd. And I DO hate Zoey but like you I'm most confused about why she is hanging around. There doesn't seem to be a point to her character arc.

hee :) the hawaiian langauge, it's so difficult. it looks like english, but then there's random apostrophes and so i just gave up.

EXACTLY. the greatest thing about her story arc thus far has (for me) to illuminate how awesome Ted is with all of his architecture stuff. the point being, it's season 6 and i'm tired of being jerked around as to who the mother is going to be. for as much as people didn't like stella, at least she had a POINT - she ripped ted's heart out! SHE COULD'VE BEEN THE MOTHER. i'm just saying himym writers, time is a running out.

yes exactly! with the exception of Natural History and maybe the latest Robin Sparkles installment, it kind of feels like this season is at least trying to get their groove back, but they miss the bar by thiiiiiiiiis much. Maybe it'll seem more hilarious in retrospect after it's been out a year on dvd, but right now, nothing makes sense. I know Jorge Garcia is from Lost, but he didn't have to bring upon the whole Lost-mystery-aspect to the show with him :/ (not that it's his fault, but i think you get what i'm saying)

omggggg, show! and let's not even get into season two, which was perfection in itself that led up to the most beautiful perfect break up in television history (it might be hyperbolic to say so, but just...gah! entire orchestras would've been stolen!)
