Staring and sitting
One reason I was reluctant to spend an entire week in a damp, moldy spider-webby cottage by a lake in the middle of nowhere was the intense boredom that would ensue (for me)
Richard assured me that it wouldn't be boring. Oh no. We would go on trips to town (25 minutes away) and do other stuff.

Keep thinking I will come back and post more regularly, but it doesn't happen, for so many reasons. Now and then I do come and see what other folks are up to, though. Nice to reconnect with those friends who aren't also FB friends.
Sorry to hear you're bored at the cottage. For an introverted nature lover like myself it sounds like a little slice of heaven.
Hope things are looking up a little more, today.
