Anyone know how to do the layers crap for paid journals?

I have codes for a component layout and I have NO IDEA how to instal them. I have tried going to that component help community and I just get lost and I read the crap that it says to do try it and reda the directions on how to create layers that come with the codes and I just am freaking clueless

Yep it is very similar to them. It is from frenchie icons. It is actually this layout.

yep me too. i have had my lj for over 3 years and finally broke down and got the paid account after all this time. so i knew that i must have a component layout. i'm pretty handy with basic html and crap but i took one look with that and wanted to throw up! : ]
