Hugo finalists

The 2016 Hugo Award finalists have been announced. My congratulations to all of them. Tomorrow's Songs Today didn't make it, but thanks to everyone who supported it in the Best Related Work category.

It's great (but not surprising) to see that The Martian was nominated.

I don't follow most of those categories. I've read Seveneves and Uprooted, both of which I enjoyed, in rather different ways; but I don't think either was as good as Walton's The Just City. I've seen Age of Ultron (which I liked a lot), Ex Machina (which I enjoyed and thought an impressive demonstration that it's possible to do an sf art film), and The Force Awakens (which was adequate, though I thought it was too much a reboot).
