god damn it marvel
So they killed of Nightcrawler this week, which really made me sad since he is probably my second favorite X-man behind Snikt-bub. Now this wasn't really a surprise since marvel had been teasing that an xman was going to die from the start of this storyline and when you looked at this list of possible's they gave out it was pretty obvious Nightcrawler was high on the list. I guess my real problem with this is it feels a little to easy. Killing him just feels like a cheap way to get an emotional impact. He is a popular enough character that killing him will make people really upset, but he isn't really important enough that his death will really change the story. As Ginny says it's Marvel so he will be back eventually, and while I don't doubt that for a second I also know it will be at least two to three years before we see him again, which means two to three years without everyones favorite fuzzy blue elf. Why couldn't this have been Cable. Ugh.
