Aye, though I'll be staying mostly to mainland europe, save for a jaunt into sweden hopefully to hit a specific comicbook shop(I love the idea of going to an entirely different section of the world to buy something i could get a block away).
It's going to be a long strange trip, France should be nice, though gods know what i'll do in Tours. Maybe I can find a good book on local reptiles and go tracking, between that and the horseriding I should have my fill. Mmm, drunken fill.
This shall be an interesting trip, now if only I could guarantee a contact for ganj in france *laughs*
ah, i probably won't smoke at all save for amsterdam, so it doesn't really matter.

That thought occured to me a number of years ago, and did indeed intrigue me. I was on tour in Israel, and besides being greatly amused that the McDonalds 'restaurants' over there are called 'McDavids' in honour of King David, I was horrified to see that a can of coke cost around £1.20! At the time (about 10 years ago) that was almost three times the price we had to pay at home.

Suffice to say I didn't need a coke that badly.

Always wanted to pick up a copy of Alan Moore's "the Watchmen" from New York, even though I can get it in Cardiff (40mins away by train). Don't know why, it's just one of those things...

Enjoy your mini-tour, cannot wait to hear all the fun stories (well, those you can remember).
