I thought that the beginning was touching and I liked the old photograph comparison. Also Aoi's train of thoughts, how everything led back to Ruki.

His hand was just as small and just as feminine with the long nails and delicate structure but Ruki's hands had this hidden strength to them that her's lacked.

His girlfriend was so nice and understanding that I find it hard to believe. I guess I am too used to women being screaming banshees in fanfiction. *sits and waits for porn*
