[Zelos is pacing back and forth in her room, talking to herself as she does so.]
"Simply talking", "oath of confidentiality", "won't be hauling anyone off"!
They're lying. It's always a lie. They're watching, and they're waiting, and if you're not ready, they'll always get their way.
I don't want to lie under those lights, anymore! I don't want their eyes staring, and their hands reaching, and touching, and-
[She stops, like she's trying to hear something and shakes her head before curling up into a ball right where she was standing before.]
They'll come if I'm not careful. They'll come... but can I get away from here? I'm not sure since I did it lots of times back home, and I always got to see them, but one of them's here so does that mean that I'd end up back here again if I even tried or could I go to the rest of them? And what if they found out about Colette? She-
[She stands up again, and looks like she's discovered something amazing.]
Colette. They'd take her instead.
[A pause, and she bites her lip as she considers her choices.]
I could send them to her, they'd take her, and she'd be exactly what they wanted, so they wouldn't need me anymore, wouldn't need me-
[Zelos sits down again, back to the wall, and keeps her eyes on the bedroom door while she thinks.]
