I don't know if I mentioned in here that I'm going to India this summer. No, I don't think I did mention it. I'll be going for quite a loooong time. From June 15 to September 3rd, without my mother for the exception of the last two weeks in August. It's going to be just me and my brother. Oh I don't know what to make of it

i might go to india this summer too. and i know what you mean about your grandmother, mine isn't going to be in the best of spirits either. i mean in the past twelve months she has lost two brothers, a sister, and a husband, and three of those people were within the span of like four months

Your poor grandmother! That's awful! I know this sounds terrible, but when I hear stories like this, I wonder if I even want to live a lengthy life. I can't bare the thought of losing so many family members. I also can't imagine always being in poor health. But being lonely must be the worst of all :-( I'm sure that if you go your grandmother would deeply appreciate it. There's not much we can do in situations like these other than be there for our family
