I feel like I've forgot how to write, among other things. And so, have decided that each day, at any given moment, I need to just write - describe what is around me, make up a story or continue someone's conversation

Good luck on your writing goal! Have you thought about using Google Docs so you can access them from home and work?
Also, I keep meaning to ask you, do you have the recipe for that beef dip thing your dad always used to make? For some reason I've totally been craving it and I've no idea what is even in it!
I have not used google docs, nor do I really know how. I am sure that it isn't hard and I think I have this Sunday off, so I'll look into it.
As for the dip, here goes: Using a pie plate, put the following: spread one package of cream cheese on the bottom, follow with a can of chili with no beans (our favorite is ChiliMan Chili) and then two cups of shredded cheese (usually mild cheddar). Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling.
It's really not hard and goes a long way if you just make it and keep it in the refrigerator and reheat it. Unfortunately the South doesn't have ChiliMan Chili and I haven't been able to find another brand that tastes so good. I hope this helps :-)
It's not difficult at all. It's pretty much like using Word, but it's web browser based so you can use it on any computer anywhere.
Thanks! That does help a ton. :D I'm so making that this weekend. You're right, it's a pretty simple recipe so I probably won't screw it up. Have you tried Hormel beanless chilli? It's the one I use in the velveeta cheese and chilli dip and it tastes pretty good. I'll have to try ChilliMan though and compare.
Also! I still don't have your address! Give it to meeeeeeee! :P
