You know, that didn't look half bad. I'd pretty much swap out every ingredient for something better (ham instead of spam, sharp cheddar, and whole wheat bread), but I tihnk the concept is pretty good.

It needs a can of cream of mushroom soup to truly be a Minnesota "Hot dish". Hmmmm, more chemicals; yum!
