Started a new workout last night. It has been a while since I have doneuch and I am sore today but in a good way :)
I am excited about it and finally feel motivated for the first time in a long time. I am concerned about the amount of time I have allocated to activities but so far so good.

Picked up a book at BJ's called 100 Workouts for women from one of the muscle mags. I started one of their 12 week beginner workouts. It is 20 minutes of cardio 2 days a week plus 3 days a week of weights. The weight part is fullbody each day. The first week the workout only took about 10 minutes because it is a single set of 10-12 reps to ease into the program. I am finally motivated to do something and that I am excited about!
