Good point. Everyone comes from a different background. Whats bad for someone might be okay for someone else. "My dad left my family." "My dad beats me." "My dad lost his job." Some people just like to bitch about it. It gives them some sort of energy to live off of. Everyone hates someone. Yes, Karma will fuck you and Karma likes to fuck.

I understand your point, however wrong it may be. You are upset because you feel others are persecuting you and your friends, correct? So you must rise to defend them? You say that everyone has been there, but obviously you can't tell the difference. There is a difference between being depressed about something and plotting your death. Most of the things that drive people in to such states are so insignificant anyway. Just because they don't everything that they possibly desire, they want to throw EVERYTHING away. Most of the people that are emo, like Mr. Ash said, have it pretty good. They have a place to live, a chance at an education, warm meals, and various objects like: TVs, computers, and video games to make them happy. Just because someone looks at them the wrong way or the person that they have a crush on that week isn't "in love" with them they carve themselves up like Jack O Lanterns and threaten to kill themselves. Most of this is done for attention, but there are a few that are stupid enough to actually go through with ( ... )

(Disclaimer: all of the "you"s in this are in general, not specific.)

I don't know who this was directed at, nor does it particularly matter.

People, including myself, get particularly frustrated with people who are whiny and bitch and are depressed just for the sake of being depressed. They have NOTHING to complain about, NOTHING wrong with their life. They spend all of their free time complaining about their "sucky life" and hating their parents and reading about personality disorders on the internet. They crave having something wrong with them, something to define them and set them apart. They read something on the internet and give themself a definition. Oh, now I'm schizophrenic. Now I'm special. It doesn't matter that they can be sent to doctor after doctor and they all say that there's nothing wrong with the kid. No, that doctor just doesn't understand. Maybe if he lived a day in my shoes, he'd get it.I hate it when people think that no one understands them. That's the stupidest thing ever. If people "don't understand" you, ( ... )

Well, funny story... well maybe... but I was at the 127 yard sale and this guy was like "Do you want to buy this Box of Wonderment?" "Yeah sure." It was just a box of dead babies... but it made me laugh...

I'm skimmed your entry if you can't tell. lurid__beauty May 13 2005, 02:02:58 UTC
Seriously though. ..you say we pick on the emo kids to bring them down but even when you try an dhelp they wallow so very much in their own self pity that you can do nothing. Sure most people go through this silly little poitn and once you get past it you realize how annoying you truly were so I'm not going to try and make anyone falsely happy. Just me though.
