:D :D :D I was just off to bed but thought, hey, maybe I'll check once to see if madlori's put a new chapter up. SO glad I did, this was perfection. Amazing tension: you really got across how much they were yearning for each other and the buildup to the last scene was so good! Also, I love Sherlock's moviefest and their mad cyberstalking of each other.

yay! "His lips were soft and insistent; they parted beneath Sherlock’s and they dove into each other, all their restraint long ago exhausted, weeks of restraint, months of it, terrible and draining and so futile"

this is like a microcosm of your story, except that I think the angst was good build up rather than draining and futile :). and bravo for not soft-peddling the homophobia that informs their decisions. really nice installment. thank you.

No soft-pedaling here, since a lot of the conflict in this story comes (and will keep coming) from the difficulties of being Out in Hollywood and the pressure on actors from all sides to present a certain public face.

love it. works as a story, makes us love and root for the characters more, and doesn't gloss over RL injustice. thanks, as always!
