That took my breath away chantelle650 December 16 2011, 04:16:09 UTC
Wow. That was so good. It might be my favourite chapter so far.
The only thing I don't like about this chapter, is that it's the second to last one, so it's almost over.
I don't know how this story could possibly be better, but you surprise me every time, so i'm sure you'll manage :)

I don't know, that's a lot of pressure! I'll do my best. But who's to say we won't hear from John and sherlock again, once the story ends?

Ah, I am getting emotional over a fictional character winning an Oscar! John's speech was fantastic. This was yet another fantastic chapter and I am sad to see the story winding down.

Also - all the art inspired by this fic has been gorgeous!

Oh, I get emotional thinking about the fictional movie starring the fictional characters! And I agree, the art people have done has been amazing.

Oh, I'm so happy! I had a feeling he was going to win, but I was literally holding my breath as I read, and then when he did I squealed and scared the cats I was so excited!

This is such a lovely, amazing, and touching story. I can't thank you enough for sharing it. If there is a sequel I will be ecstatic, but even if nothing more is given to us but this, it will be enough. I must have read this story about 30 times so far, and love it even more each reading.

Thank you! I'm looking forward to the last part, even as my heart breaks a little that that will be all.

Thanks so much! There will probably be more with the boys, but not until well after series 2 airs.

This, is fantastic. I loved it, every single moment. Especially this bit:

And last, but certainly not least, I finally, finally got to do something that you’ve been doing for months now.”

John lifted his head, frowning in puzzlement. “What’s that?”

Sherlock grinned. “Fuck an Oscar winner.”

Just a brilliant line. I may have laughed out loud in my silent house at this. The surprise art from Marie is also breathtaking.

I've been waiting to unleash that line since I started the story. :-)
