I got friended by like 10 fucking russian asshole bots this am. i'm tired of it. if it does get worse, i'm deleting my account ( Read more... )

its annoying that I have to do it TEN TIMES and don't have an option to just disallow friending of my account. grr.

I hadn't really thought about them being spammers... I dunno, they're mildy amusing, but I just ignore them. Seeing as they're about the only friend requests I get it's not like they're hard to pick out. Reporting is a goood idea though =)

being a PAYING customer of LJ, I think I should have a voice in fixing this issue. I made my complaint to them. If it can't be fixed... I'm leaving.

OH... and they're not harmeless either.

they apparently post comments in people's journals with links to malware sites. I havent seen it because i ban the fuckers as soon as i see em.

I'd guess they monitor the recently updated page to find new friends. If you make your entries f/o, it's less of an issue.
